About me
My career and the professional experience I have had so far offer a foundation for HARMONY SPACES and for setting up my own business. I studied architecture and urban planning at the University of Stuttgart and, while I was at school and university, I helped my father, Prof. Dieter Leistner, with his freelance work as an architectural photographer.
After my studies, I worked very creatively in the field of design architecture and successfully won several competitions in an architectural office. I then worked as a research assistant at the University of Stuttgart and taught under Prof. Sobek, learning how to work independently, scientifically, and autonomously.
The focus of my research was based on the development of planning and design processes for adaptive buildings. The focus here is on the coordination and assembly of interdisciplinary planning teams, structuring and optimizing their workflows, and then merging them into a higher-level process. I am also powerful in design and have independently led several design studios while teaching at the University of Stuttgart. As a result, I am very good at structuring planning processes and, through teaching, have experience in dealing with people and can advise them well and teach them.
As a project manager at HUGO BOSS, I learned how to plan several projects simultaneously internationally and professionally and how to coordinate them independently. In this job, I was responsible for planning around 50 shops in Eastern Europe, which I coordinated and managed independently.
